  Excellent place to shop. Love the selection & knowledgeable sales staff. Never have had a problem returning/ exchanging. Then again I'm not out to scam Cavenders like some people seem to be.

  Such a disappointment. My husband and I went in to get clothes for our anniversary trip to PBR. We were greeted but no one actually ever helped us. In fact, it seemed like they were avoiding us. We did get great hat-buying advise from another customer, a former employee of Boot Barn. Its so sad because the selection is great, we spent $300 despite the terrible service just because we found what we wanted. Call me old fashioned but I don't think great selection is an excuse for poor customer service. Next time we'll check Boot Barn first.
