  So today I went to pick up my pre-ordered game and the sales associate couldn't find it. Finally she calls the store manager asking where is the game and the store manager tells her that she didnt order a display copy of the Gold Deluxe Edition for the store so she opened mine and placed it on the sales floor. Am I wrong in thinking this is bad business to just open a customers items because you failed to do your job as a manager and then still sell it to me at full price? I will never go back to this store. So disappointed in this store and just wanted everyone to be aware of the leadership they have there now.
