  What's the point of hiring workers if they are not willing to help?!?!?!? First, it's hard to find someone... I understand 2 at the fabric counter, 1 cashier, but where the hell is everyone else? Second, if you can't find an item and ask them, all they want to do is point and say "that way then that way"... WTF you getting paid for? They need to be retrained to say something like "Sure, let me show you where it is." I been there several times and its just the same old thing. I just left to go to Michael's to get what I needed... it just that sad!!!!!! So hopefully if you go there, you know what you need because if you looking for customer service... this definitely isn't the place.

  I have been here on 3 different occasions and each time it has been a hassle to either get help, specifically requested inventory that never gets ordered (even willing to pay upfront for), or any customer service. I shop with the JoANN chain store for a lot of my supplies, but I am now making a conscious effort not to go to this location until they can make some changes to the management.
