  I usually always have good experiences with staff at Kirkland’s. But then again I hardly ever come in during the weekday either because I am at work. Well today I was off, and wanted to see if an item I ordered online had arrived to the store yet so I could pick it up. I spoke with Heather and she immediately asked “did you receive an email saying it had arrived” as if I was bothering her by calling to check. Well I politely explained to her that I haven’t been receiving messages lately when when my items arrive to be picked up so I just wanted to call and see since I was off. Turned out my item was there So I go pick my item up 10 minutes later and heather is working the front and while printing my receipt I was just making conversation because she wasn’t so I said again “yea I don’t know why lately I don’t receive emails when my items are ready to be picked up” this time she wasn’t rude but she didn’t say anything at all as if she was not in the mood for any type of conversation. I am at Kirkland’s 2-3 times a week maybe more but I hope I never have to deal with her again. However, the night staff is very friendly especially Shelbi she’s awesome! always eager to help and friendly.
