  I ordered a living-room set from Ashley's Furniture and asked about their 90 days same as cash option. I was referred to Acceptance Now for this program and put down a down payment and signed paperwork. The CS pre neglected to mention this is a rent-to-own option and not truly a 90 days same as cash option. Additionally, they charge you two types of fees that are optional and do not tell you that initially. I was paying for two different insurance that I did not need. Next when I tried to make larger payments to pay off my balance before my Nov 8th deadline I was told they do NOT take partial payments only full payments. This did not seem right and almost feels as though they want you to go past your 90 days so they could turn around and charge you triple for the furniture. I had to insist the CS rep call her manager to get approval to pay my balance down, this whole setup seems deceptive and unfair. I can't wait until Friday when I will pay my balance off and be done with this confusing account setup. I will think twice before financing through this so called 90 days same as cash option that leaves out all the details and tag on all optional insurance which total out to about 30 extra dollars a month. Be sure to ask all the questions and ask twice and ask several different employees because they all give you different answers.
