  Don't buy from these clowns! All they want is your money. Told me the sales from the state fair had precedence over me. That they were too busy to handle all the service calls. Really? I tried calling a competitor for service work but couldn't find anyone who will work on the Cal Spas brand. Why? Because it's such a cheaply made product. If you do buy from Jim or Terry and must use them for service work, make sure you get the rebate from the manufacturer. If you don't claim the rebate Spa Warehouse will. Buyer Beware.
