  My husband and I went to get on our own phone plan a few months ago and were told that sprint would pay the remaining balance on my husbands phone, well fast foreword a few months and we still have not received the VISA card they said they would be sending us to pay the remaining balance, my father-in-laws phone plan got shut off because of this. Case in point I call the store and speak to the manager Mark who tells me I need to bring in another itemized bill because the person who had previously helped us was let go. Okay, I can take time out of my day and do that. Mark however told me that he would be there the next day to input the paperwork in front of me and hand me a receipt/proof that it was submitted, however, when I go into the sprint store on Tuesday, October 17th Mark wasn’t in the store and told his employee who had no idea what he was doing to tell me to come back for the assistant manager an hour later. This itself is frustrating because I took the time out of my very busy day to stop in and have this done. So I ask the employee when Mark would be back because I did not have time to wait for the assistant manager and said employee said he would be there all day tomorrow. Well here comes tomorrow and my husband and I go back to the sprint store to find that Mark is not in fact there. Also their coverage sucks. I could be at AT&T right now and pay 40 dollars less for the unlimited plan and cable. Don’t waste your time here . Managers don’t respect the time of their customers and we will be switching as soon as possible
